Tom hails from White Plains, NY, but has made his home in the Merrimack Valley of MA for over 30 years. By trade, Tom is a history teacher. He headed up his school’s History Department for the past 10 years. In the classroom, Tom uses novels, non-fiction, poetry, plays, art...and music to teach about our nation's history. Outside the classroom, he continues to agicate with his music. When performing, he attempts to "comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable." But in the end, it’s all about the songs and the issues that are most impacting us today.

AGICATE (verb) — to educate by agitating; to provide lessons that, in unjust times, challenge complacency and encourage awareness, empathy, and action.

A man with glasses and a beard playing an acoustic guitar and singing into a microphone on a stage. Behind him, large art pieces spell out 'RESIST' in spray-painted letters on individual canvases, attached to a white wall. The setting appears to be an indoor performance or event space with an audience.
